Renault Sport Cars wanted to replace a print newsletter that focused on product news and sales figures. Ill-adapted to the (sometimes confidential) information shared and costly to deliver to dealerships around the world, the format was no longer appropriate.

The challenge
How could we create a strong connection between the brand and dealership sales teams to drive sales?
Mechanism
Add log-in access for sales figures for greater confidentiality
Route monthly newsletter via Webmecanik’s marketing automation tool, already used by Renault Sport for other projects
Facilitate content creation with an ergonomic interface for adding multi-lingual content quickly (website & newsletter available in 5 languages)
Digitalise the newsletter to measure performance using statistics from the marketing automation tool
